What we collect, in plain terms.

What this site collects

If you join the newsletter, we keep your email address. If you book time or write to us through the schedule page, we keep the name, email, and anything you choose to tell us in the form. If you take the diagnostic, we keep your responses so we can talk about them with you.

Calls

Intro calls may be transcribed, but never recorded, so Krim can be present instead of taking notes. We ask first, and if you say no, we don't transcribe.

How long we keep it

As long as we are talking or working together, plus a reasonable tail for our records. We never sell it, share it, or use it for anything beyond talking with you.

Want it gone?

Email krim@keenagency.com and we will delete what we hold about you.
